What Planters Can Expect From Me
As a planter, the consistency of the crew leader (e.g. ensuring that trees are delivered, punctuality and their basic responsibilities as well as their attitude) is crucial for a profitable and enjoyable season. My hope is to fill this role to the best of my ability throughout the season. It is also very important to provide a positive work environment and I plan to do this to the best of my abilities. I love tree planting and have had great experiences with this job. I hope to provide my planters with experiences like mine.
What I Expect From Planters
I’m looking for hardworking people who get along well with others. On a planting crew, people are required to work together in challenging situations often, while under the pressure applied by a piece work job. This can easily cause conflict between planters. I’m looking for people who can work through challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude towards their work and each other.
